We currently sell and ship products within the United States only.

All orders are subject to acceptance, product availability, and fraud prevention review.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order if:

  • The item is unavailable.
  • The order appears fraudulent or suspicious.
  • The shipping address cannot be verified.

If your order is cancelled after payment has been received, a full refund will be issued to your original payment method.

4. Prices & Payments

All prices displayed on our website are in U.S. Dollars (USD).

Payments are processed securely through Shopify Payments and Shop Pay.

We accept major debit and credit cards and other payment methods supported by Shopify.

We do not store your complete payment card information.

We reserve the right to update pricing at any time. If an obvious pricing error affects your order, we may cancel the order and issue a full refund.

5. Shipping

We currently ship within the United States only.

  • Orders are processed within 1–3 business days.
  • Standard delivery typically takes 5–10 business days after shipment.
  • Most orders arrive within 6–13 business days.

6. Returns & Refunds

We offer a 30-day return policy from the date your order is delivered.

Returned products must:

  • Be unused.
  • Be in their original condition.
  • Include the original packaging.
  • Meet the requirements outlined in our Refund & Return Policy.

Custom or personalized championship belts are non-returnable unless they arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs for change-of-mind returns. If an item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, Ring Side Belts will cover the return shipping costs.

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days after the returned item has been received and inspected.
