At Ring Side Belts, we take pride in delivering championship-quality belts to every customer. If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.
Eligibility for Returns
Items may be returned within 30 days of the delivery date, provided they meet the following conditions:
- The item is in its original, unused condition
- The item is in its original packaging with all accessories and certificates included
- Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is provided
- The item has not been customized or personalized
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return or refund:
- Custom-engraved or personalized championship belts
- Items marked as "Final Sale" at the time of purchase
- Gift cards
- Items damaged due to misuse, negligence, or improper storage
How to Initiate a Return
- Email us at info@ringsidebelts.com with your order number and reason for return
- Our team will respond within 2 business days with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number
- Securely pack the item and include your RMA number on the outside of the package
- Ship the item to the address provided — we recommend using a trackable shipping method
Please note: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged or defective.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email. If approved:
- Refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days
- Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error
- If your refund is delayed, please check with your bank or payment provider before contacting us
Exchanges
We offer exchanges for items of equal or lesser value within the 30-day return window. If you'd like a different size, color, or style, follow the same return initiation process and indicate that you'd like an exchange.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your belt arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with:
- Your order number
- A clear photo of the damage or defect
We will arrange a free replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you.
