At Ring Side Belts, we are committed to providing premium championship belts and ensuring customer satisfaction. If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, this Refund & Return Policy explains how returns, refunds, exchanges, and damaged items are handled.

Return Window

You may request a return within 30 days of the delivery date.

Unfortunately, return requests submitted more than 30 days after delivery cannot be accepted.

Return Eligibility

To qualify for a return, your item must be:

  • Unused and unworn
  • In its original condition
  • Returned in its original packaging
  • Accompanied by your order number or proof of purchase

Items that show signs of use, damage caused by the customer, or are returned without their original packaging may not qualify for a refund.

Custom & Personalized Belts

Because custom and personalized championship belts are made specifically to your requirements, they cannot be returned or refunded unless they arrive:

  • Damaged
  • Defective
  • Incorrect due to our error

How to Start a Return

To request a return, please email us at info@ringsidebelts.com within 30 days of receiving your order.

Please include:

  • Your order number
  • The item(s) you wish to return
  • The reason for the return
  • Photos of the item if it is damaged, defective, or incorrect

Once your request has been reviewed, we will provide return instructions and the appropriate return shipping address.

Please do not send any item back without contacting us first.

Return Shipping Costs

If you are returning an item because you changed your mind, ordered the wrong item, or no longer need it, you are responsible for the return shipping costs.

If your order arrived damaged, defective, or we sent the wrong item, Ring Side Belts will cover the return shipping costs. Please notify us within 7 days of delivery and include clear photos of the item and packaging.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery.

If your championship belt arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery by emailing info@ringsidebelts.com.

Please include:

  • Your order number
  • A description of the issue
  • Clear photos of the product and packaging

After reviewing your claim, we may offer:

  • A replacement
  • A full refund
  • A prepaid return shipping label (when applicable)

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the status of your refund.

Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days after the return has been inspected.

Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take additional time for the refund to appear on your account.

Original Shipping Charges

Original shipping charges, if applicable, are non-refundable, unless the return is due to a damaged, defective, or incorrect item sent by us.

Exchanges

If you would like a different championship belt or style, the quickest option is to return your eligible item for a refund and place a new order.

If your item arrived damaged or incorrect, we will gladly arrange a replacement where appropriate.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned unless they are damaged, defective, or incorrect:

  • Custom or personalized championship belts
  • Used or worn championship belts
  • Items returned without original packaging
  • Clearance or final sale items (where clearly marked)
  • Gift cards (if offered)

Late or Missing Refunds

If your refund has been approved but you have not received it after 10 business days, please:

  • Check with your bank or credit card provider.
  • Contact your payment provider, as processing times may vary.
