At Ring Side Belts, customer satisfaction is our priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.

Return Eligibility

You may return eligible items within 30 days of the delivery date if they meet all of the following conditions:

  • The item is unused and in its original condition.
  • The item is returned in its original packaging with all included accessories, certificates, and documentation.
  • Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is provided.
  • The item has not been customized, engraved, or personalized.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Customized, engraved, or personalized championship belts.
  • Items marked as Final Sale.
  • Gift cards.
  • Products damaged due to misuse, negligence, accidents, or improper storage.

How to Start a Return

To request a return:

  1. Email us at info@ringsidebelts.com.
  2. Include your order number and the reason for your return.
  3. Our customer support team will respond within 1 business day with return instructions and, if applicable, a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
  4. Securely package the item and ship it to the return address provided.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot be responsible for packages lost during return transit.

Return Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless:

  • The item arrived damaged or defective.
  • You received the wrong item.
  • The return is due to our error.

Refunds

Once your returned item has been received and inspected, we will notify you by email of the status of your refund.

If your return is approved:

  • Your refund will be issued to your original payment method.
  • Refunds are typically processed within 7–10 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.
  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or the item arrived damaged or defective.

Exchanges

We offer exchanges for eligible items of equal or lesser value within 30 days of delivery, subject to product availability.

To request an exchange, follow the return process above and indicate that you would like an exchange.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 14 days of delivery.

Please include:

  • Your order number
  • Clear photographs showing the damage or defect

After verification, we will arrange either:

  • A free replacement, or
  • A full refund at no additional cost to you.
