1. Order Processing

Orders are processed after payment has been successfully received.

  • Standard orders: Processed within 2–4 business days.
  • Custom or personalized orders: May require additional production time before shipment.

Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and public holidays.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking information.


2. Shipping Destinations

We proudly ship throughout the United States and to many international destinations.

If your country is unavailable during checkout, please contact us at info@ringsidebelts.com, and we will do our best to assist you.


3. Estimated Delivery Times

Estimated delivery times begin after your order has been processed.

Typical delivery times are:

  • United States: 5–10 business days
  • International: 7–21 business days

Delivery estimates are provided for convenience and are not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to:

  • Weather conditions
  • Customs inspections
  • Shipping carrier delays
  • High shipping volumes
  • Other events beyond our reasonable control

4. Shipping Charges

Shipping costs are calculated during checkout and displayed before payment is completed.

Any applicable shipping charges will appear in your order summary before you place your order.


5. Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number.

If you have not received tracking information within 5 business days after placing your order, please contact our customer support team.


6. Customs, Duties & Taxes

International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or other government fees imposed by your country.

These charges are the responsibility of the customer.

Ring Side Belts is not responsible for customs delays or additional charges imposed by customs authorities.


7. Lost or Damaged Packages

Every order is carefully packaged before shipment.

If your package arrives damaged or appears to be lost during transit, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date.

Please include:

  • Your order number
  • Photographs of any damaged items or packaging (if applicable)

After reviewing your claim, we will work with the shipping carrier to resolve the issue and, when appropriate, provide a replacement or refund.


8. Incorrect Shipping Address

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address.

If an incorrect address is entered, please contact us immediately.

If your order has not yet shipped, we will make every reasonable effort to update the address.

We are not responsible for packages lost or delayed due to incorrect shipping information provided by the customer.


9. Peak Season Delays

During holidays, promotional events, or periods of unusually high order volume, processing and shipping times may be longer than usual.

We appreciate your patience and recommend placing holiday orders early.
