At Ring Side Belts, we want your championship belt to reach you safely and without hassle. Here's everything you need to know about how we handle shipping.


1. Order Processing

Once your order is placed and payment is confirmed, we begin preparing it for shipment. Standard orders are typically processed within 2–5 business days. Custom or personalized belt orders may take additional time due to the handcrafting involved. You will receive an email with your tracking details as soon as your order is on its way.


2. Shipping Destinations

We ship both domestically within the United States and to international destinations worldwide. If your country is not available at checkout, feel free to reach out to us and we will do our best to help.


3. Delivery Times

Delivery times vary depending on your location and the shipping method selected at checkout. While we always aim to deliver as quickly as possible, please note that estimated delivery times are not guaranteed and may be affected by factors outside our control such as carrier delays or customs processing.


4. Order Tracking

As soon as your order ships, you will receive an email with a tracking number so you can follow your package every step of the way. If you have not received tracking information within 5 business days of placing your order, please don't hesitate to contact us.


5. Customs & Import Duties

For international orders, customs fees, import duties, and local taxes may apply upon arrival in your country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer. Unfortunately, we have no control over customs processes or any delays they may cause.


6. Damaged or Lost Packages

We take great care in packaging every belt securely. However, if your order arrives damaged or goes missing in transit, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date with your order number and photos if applicable. We will work quickly to resolve the issue with a replacement or refund.


7. Incorrect Address

Please ensure your shipping address is correct before completing your order. We are unable to take responsibility for delays or lost packages resulting from an incorrect address. If you spot a mistake right after ordering, contact us immediately and we will do our best to update it before dispatch.


8. Peak Season Delays

During holidays or major promotional periods, processing and delivery may take a little longer than usual. We appreciate your patience and recommend ordering early during these times.
